Club Notes - 23rd February 2009

Senior Board AGM

The senior board AGM will take place on Sunday the 8th March at 4pm in the club house. All members are requested to attend this very important meeting.  

Cheltenham Races

The club makes its annual trip to the Cheltenham festival on Tuesday 10th March, champion hurdle day. The cost of the trip is £55 which includes breakfast, return coach journey, grandstand ticket and refreshments on the coach. For more details contact Adrian in the club house 02088643494.   


Condolences to the Keating Family after Mary Keatings mother Catherine Condon passed away this week and also to Gaels Minor player John Geraghty whose mother Anne Geraghty passed away last week our thoughts are with John and his father Martin may they rest in peace. 

All Ireland Club Final

Congratulations to the Gaels director of football Paddy Carr, after his side Kilmacud crokes progressed to the All Ireland Club final after defeating the Gaels conquers Corofin.

We wish him well in the final where he will meet All Ireland Kingpins Crossmaglen Rangers on St Patricks Day. 

St Patrick's Day 
TCG Minor Board are to take part in this years London St Patricks Day Parade on Sunday 15th March.  Underage TCG players, accompanied by their parents, are invited to join the club in the parade.  More details to follow nearer the time.
