Paddy CarrTir Chonaill Gaels manager Paddy Carr is determined to call on all his experience for the All-Ireland club SFC.

Carr guided TCG to their 14th London title when they defeated Kingdom Kerry Gaels at Ruislip last weekend.

The former Kilmacud Crokes manager knows what it takes to do well in the All-Ireland club championship as he guided the Dublin side to glory in 2009.

Now, he has set his sights on TCG becoming the first London club to win an All-Ireland club SFC quarterfinal as they prepare to face the Munster champions on December 16th.

The biggest challenge facing Carr will be to keep his players motivated for the eight weeks between now and then, but he explained to the Irish Post, that's exactly what he intends to do.

"I've done this journey before," said Carr. "We'll really step up things now and it'll be very intense over the next six weeks or so.

"We believe that we're going to be in as good a shape as any team ever was and we'll certainly give a good account of ourselves. That's the plan anyway."
